Additional Info This is an OUTDOOR EVENT. The vendor must bring their own white canopies/tent (black ok, but if you buy a new one, please buy white) and a backdrop (curtain, burlap, wood, anything that enhances the look and blocks out the view from behind). NO OTHER COLORS PERMITTED! TENT MUST HAVE STRAIGHT LEGS and a MINIMUM of 50 lbs weights per leg. The vendor also needs to bring tables, chairs, grids, power supply (if required; we cannot promise or guarantee power, it's best to bring your own), etc..
Booths must be set up very professionally all around. Please have a back wall, or nice curtain, burlap, wood wall, etc., to prevent anyone from being able to look inside the back of the booth. Extras must be stored under the table with a nice tablecloth covering the entire table to the ground (front and back). All belongings, vendors, chairs, etc., must be inside the booth. You cannot use the space behind, in between, around, or in front of the booth. Please no carpets - they are a trip & fall risk.
